📢 Important Parent Notification: New Vaping Policy (State Law)
We want to make families aware of a new vaping policy that is now in effect (adopted in November) and required by state law. This policy is designed with one priority in mind: the safety, health, and protection of our students.
Vaping products—including e-cigarettes—pose serious health risks to children and adolescents. In response, the state has implemented clear guidelines and consequences that all school systems must follow. Our school is required to enforce this policy consistently to ensure a safe learning environment for every student.
We encourage all parents and guardians to review the full vaping policy, which is available on the school system’s website. Having open conversations with your child about the dangers of vaping and the expectations at school can make a significant difference.
