DHS Tiger Football is hosting a Youth Football Camp June 10-11, 2024 from 6-7:15 pm. Admission is free. The camp will be held at the DMS Football Field. Players will be required to bring an authorization form with them in order to participate. Due to the potential of heavy rainfall at the time of dismissal, US Jones and Demopolis Middle School students who usually walk home will be released at 2:20 PM.
Demopolis Middle School's Black History Program was fantastic. Thank you to the DMS History teachers for organizing the event. Students were treated to a performance by Margie Jackson, a skit by DMS faculty and students, and a praise dance by the Theo Ratliff Praise dancers.

Look for scoliosis forms coming home soon. Forms will need to be signed in order for a student to be checked. This is very important and a FREE service the school provides. We have also included some information for preventative measures since most students in our system use backpacks. Improper usage could lead to back issues in the future. Check them out and have a conversation with your students about how to properly wear a backpack and to not overfill them.
