Demopolis High is teaming up with Poppin Popcorn to bring you the crunchiest treats in town—but this isn’t just about snacks. We’re popping up with purpose!
Every single dollar raised goes directly to the Demopolis City Schools Foundation. When you buy a bag, you aren’t just getting a delicious treat; you’re putting vital resources, modern technology, and innovative supplies directly into our classrooms and into the hands of our incredible teachers.
** Where Your Money Goes:
• Innovation: Funding classrooms that bring big ideas to life.
• Empowerment: Providing teachers with the tools they need to inspire.
• Community: Supporting every student, from Kindergarten to Graduation.

**Pick Your Flavor, Pick Your Impact:
Whether you’re a "Classic Caramel" traditionalist or a "Zesty Jalapeño" risk-taker, your snack choice is making a difference at DHS and beyond!
• Order Online: Any DHS Teacher
• Deadline: March 31, 2026
• Goal: 100% participation to support our DCS Foundation!

"Education is the movement from darkness to light." Let’s keep that light shining bright in Demopolis, one bag of popcorn at a time.

Students interested in DHS Fishing Team and DHS Clay Shooting Team:
The window to establish a fishing team and a clay shooting team opens in the fall. We plan to launch both teams at the beginning of the 2026–2027 school year. We apologize that we were not able to start this process earlier. We will share detailed information with everyone at the start of school in August.

Ms. Davis’ class had a special visitor this week! Mrs. Tarpley, our DHS Librarian, stopped by for a fun-filled “Pete the Cat” storytime. Students enjoyed listening to *Pete the Cat: Rocking My School Shoes* and *Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes*. After the stories, the class played “Pin the White Shoes on Pete,” sang “Skinnamarink,” and shared lots of smiles and laughter. It was a groovy day full of reading, music, and fun! 🐾📚
