This clinic is available to all insurance types except PEEHIP. This a great opportunity to receive required/recommended vaccines without having to go to the doctor. The consent has a QR code by each vaccine offered, if the parents want more information on that particular vaccine

February reminders!
The Valentine’s Day parties will be held on Thursday. We kindly ask that only hot items (like pizza) be delivered to the office on the day of the party. If your child was assigned to bring something else for the party, they should bring it in with them when they are dropped off in the morning. This will help reduce the number of items being brought to the office.
Additionally, we would like to remind everyone that per our school policy, gifts such as flowers or candy are not permitted to be delivered to the school.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to a fun celebration with the students!

Scoliosis Screenings are this week at DHS, DMS, and USJ. Forms were sent home last week.
This is an opt-in program. Parents must have returned these forms signed in order to have their child screened. If we don't receive a form, they will not be screened.

Progress reports will be sent home today!

Happy National School Counselor week to our very own, Mrs. Bowden! Thanks for everything you do around USJ!

Candy grams are on sale now until February 10th!
