Mrs Stewart’s walk to read class has been doing a book study on “How to Catch a Leprechaun”. Today we wrapped it up by doing a stem activity building a trap for our leprechaun.
Mrs. Basinger’s “Math Bootcamp” group wrapped up their geometry unit by creating their favorite polygons using pretzels and marshmallows!
Mrs. Basinger’s “Walk to Read” group wrapped up their book study of How to Catch a Leprechaun by designing and building their very own leprechaun traps! 🍀

First grade students had an exciting day full of learning and exploration at the McWane Center!
Mrs. Gandy’s 2nd graders enjoyed a special visit from Community Helper-Mrs. Kaitlyn! She read a book with the class and led them in a fun directed drawing activity.
ACAP Math Boot Camp is in full swing! 🎉
Mrs. Stewart’s group had a great time learning about polygons today. Students created their own polygon mosaics using chalk and then practiced their math skills by counting and identifying how many of each type of polygon they used.
One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish! Mrs. Garcia’s kindergarten class is celebrating Read Across America week with a math activity by graphing their goldfish! 💙♥️📚
On Tuesday, students enjoyed cozying up with a good book and their favorite stuffed animal! 📚🧸
