Demopolis High School will dismiss Friday, February 6 at 12:00 in order for students and staff to be able to attend the services for Hunter Howell. Visitation will be held at First Methodist Church of Demopolis on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 12:30 pm until the 2:00 pm service time. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Demopolis, Alabama.

Hey Tigers! Our home game for tonight has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Saturday, January 10th beginning at 2:00pm. JV boys at 2:00. Girl's Varsity following JV boys. Cover your mouth when coughing
If you are experiencing cold/flu symptoms = check with a doctor
If you have fever 100 or above, remain home and return when 24 hours fever free w/out fever reducing meds.

As we return from winter break, our schools are excited to welcome back our students, staff, and families for the start of second semester. This new term brings a chance to set fresh goals, have new experiences, and the opportunity to build on the hard work of the first half of the year. Faculty and staff will return to campuses Monday, Jan. 5, while students return Wednesday, Jan. 7. We look forward to a great 2026 at Demopolis City Schools!
