Mrs. Gandy’s community helper, Mrs. Kaitlyn, visited today, and our 2nd graders proudly shared something they learned or accomplished during the first semester. We wrapped up the celebration by cheering each other on and enjoying cupcakes together! 🧁

WES is celebrating the 100th day of school—100 days cooler and smarter! We even had a little “snow” to get the fun started. ❄️😄
After finishing their unit on the history of the Earth, students in Mrs. Black’s class became paleontologists. They examined “dinosaur eggs” and used clues to figure out what was inside, applying their knowledge through observation and critical thinking. The activity sparked excitement and curiosity as students shared their discoveries. 🥚 🦕
